1. CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE PURCHASE VOUCHER PROMOTIONS
PROMOTION NON-CUMULATIVE TO OTHER PURCHASE VOUCHER PROMOTIONS
If in a same online purchase invoice coincide two or more promotions of this nature, you will receive via email the purchase voucher with bigger amount that you can use through the store, IKEA point or web. The purchase voucher is not refundable nor reactivable nor transferable to anyone.
PURCHASE VOUCHER VALIDITY
The purchase vouchers have two validity dates.
Promotion date: Range validity of the promotion.
Voucher exchange date: Date range in which the client can use said voucher via online and/or onsite channel (store or pick up point). The voucher can be exchanged in one single purchase.
GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Online purchase voucher promotions might be subjected to special conditions like minimum purchase amounts or the purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and the conditions of the promotion. The online purchase voucher exchange never generates a new purchase voucher.
RECEIVING THE VOUCHER
The client will receive the purchase voucher via email once the purchase invoice has been issued and validated.
RETURNS
In case of total or partial return of the purchase that resulted in the voucher emission, IKEA reserves the right to cancel said voucher or discount the corresponding amount of the refund. If the voucher has been used, its value will be deducted from the amount to return.

All physical people part of the IKEA Family club that make purchases and pay for items at www.islas.ikea.es and/or the IKEA Inspire App on 20/10/2025.

Parque Comercial La Estrella - La Mareta 35212, whose purpose is bringing you information about the products and services we offer in any of the companies of the IKEA group whose activities are related with furniture and decoration, food, financial products, insurances, telecommunications, delivery and assembly, and any other offer that might interest you, including, regarding said products, sending you commercial communications via email or via any other equivalent media (like SMS, postal mail) as well as making telephone calls. When you register and leave us your data you expressly authorize us to send you said communications.
You can exercise at any moment your rights of access, rectifications, cancellation and opposition regarding your personal data, as well as revoking your given consent or oppose to the treatment of said data to send commercial communications. 6. ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRESENT CONDITIONS
The very participation in the promotion, means the acceptance of the present conditions. In case of existing doubts or discrepancies with the interpretation of said conditions, they will be remitted to common law. Conditions will be available during the period in which promotions are valid at the IKEA SPANISH ISLANDS stores and web www.islas.ikea.es.
Any breach in the present conditions or fraudulent use of the purchase vouchers and discounts, will entail the deprivation or deactivation of the promotion. The advantages acquired during the campaigns that do not comply with the general present conditions will be canceled without compensation and will lead to the immediate annulment and by SARTON CANARIAS SA to cancel all purchase vouchers and fidelity used fraudulently. SARTON CANARIAS S.A. also reserves the right to raise legal actions against any conflictive user.
