The entity SARTON CANARIAS S.A., through the IKEA Family magazine is performing a poll among their readers that awards their participation by celebrating a giveaway under the following conditions:

The dynamic of the giveaway will be communicated in the IKEA Family magazine nº 127 (July – September 2025 edition) that will be available on printed and digital editions from 1/07/2025. The release of said magazine and the giveaway included in it will be communicated on different online channels as well as social media and/or web.

PARTICIPATION GIVEAWAY:
To enter the giveaway, participants must fill the poll and the form placed at the webpage www.islas.ikea.es that they can access through the url or by scanning the QR that will accompany the communication in the magazine both in the printed and digital version.
DEADLINE TO PARTICIPATE:
30th of September 2025
GIVEAWAY DATE:
3rd of October 2025
PRIZE:
The prize will consist of a Back to school kit valued in up to 350€, formed by IKEA products related with study: desk, chairs, lighting and organization elements.
The winners can indicate their age range for the KIT, choosing from the following options:
· Primary education kit (6-12 years old)
· Secondary education kit (12-18 years old)
· University kit
The range selection will be proposed by IKEA, adapted to the needs of the selected age range. All products will be subjected to stock availability at IKEA on the giveaway end date.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE CONDITIONS
Accepting the prize means the conformity with the range of products selected by IKEA.
Changes or returns of the items will be allowed, except in case of defect in manufacturing, in which case IKEA’s general conditions will be applied.
The prize is not exchangeable for money in cash nor for a purchase voucher, total nor partially.
CHOOSING THE WINNER:
The giveaway will be performed at the offices in La Mareta, Gran Canaria, through the web https://www.randompicker.com
Once the giveaway has been performed, the winners will be announced via telephone, requesting them to attend the Store, Point or Shop IKEA of their islands of residence, in a week maximum to pick up their prize. If the deadline arrives and they have not visited the store or IKEA Point we will pass to the substitute winner. Being the prize null if none of the attend.
Workers linked to the IKEA stores or their direct relatives cannot participate in the present contest.
The winner of the giveaway will be advertised on several media: socialmedia, web, as well as on the next issues of the IKEA Family magazine.
OTHER CONDITIONS
APPLIABLE LAW:
This promotion is ruled by the current Spanish legislation and by the present conditions. SARTON CANARIAS S.A. and participants in these promotions are submitted, with an express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Palma de Mallorca for any controversy that might occur between the both of them.
MODIFICATIONS AND/OR ANNEXES:
SARTON CANARIAS S.A. reserves the right to modify or add successive annexes about its mechanism and prizes, as long as they are justified or do not damage the participants, and they are communicated rightly.
In case any case of extreme gravity should obtain SARTON CANARIAS SA. can cancel the promotion, announcing it as well to the consumers.
USE OF THE NAME AND IMAGE OF THE WINNERS:
Participants, in case of winning, give consent automatically when participating in the present Promotion to use, publish and reproduce worldwide and without limits, by SARTON CANARIAS, their image and name in any type of advertisement, promotion, including Internet, or any mean of any nature, with commercial and informative purposes as long as they are related only to the present promotion, without having SARTON CANARIAS S.A. give any economic compensation to the winner because of this.
