Wear a mask during your visit
The use of mask is mandatory during the visit to IKEA stores and points. Please bring your mask.
Hydroalcoholic gel
The use of hydroalcoholic gel is mandatory. Use the gel we offer at the entrance and at different points in the store, including the restaurant.
Keep the distance of 1,5 meters
We'll mark the safety distance, but we need you to help us respect it. Always keep the distance of 1,5 meters between people.

Shop at the IKEA Store
- Your IKEA store is open with limited capacity. You can come to make your purchase or to collect your online purchase.
- Please, use a mask.
- Please, respect the safety distance of two meters between people. When coughing or sneezing cover yourself with your elbow, and always use gloves and hydroalcoholic gel to wash your hands.
- We love that you try the furniture, but these days we ask that, before doing so, you contact our collaborators. They'll tell you if it's safe to do so.
- In order to reduce the risk for you and others, prepare your purchase before coming to visit us. You can do this using the IKEA Inspire app or through an online shopping list on www.islas.IKEA.es.
Extra hygiene measures
- To keep a safe environment, we take extraordinary cleaning and disinfection measures.
- All our collaborators have personal protection elements such as masks, gloves, face screens and hydroalcoholic gel depending on their job function.
- If our collaborators develop symptoms, we ask them to stay home. Please don't come if you have a fever, a cold or a flu.
- During the visit we'll remind you to keep the safety distance of 1,5 meters and the recommended hygiene measures.
Eating at IKEA
(Information for IKEA Gran La Laguna Store only)
- You have to eat sitting at a table, we can't let you eat standing up. We'll keep the physical distance of two meters between tables. We clean and disinfect tables and chairs between customer shifts. Trays are also cleaned and disinfected after each use.
- As for products freely available to customers, they'll always be served and dished up individually or in monodosis duly preserved from contact with the environment.
- The cutlery will be packed and handed in checkout. We also offer the option of disposable cutlery.

Yes, you can come to IKEA to make a return. You can exchange and/or return the items according to our returns policy. See here the returns policy. Don't worry because you don't lose the guarantee. Deadlines marked for exchanges or returns in the store will start to apply from the day we open, May 12th, provided that the goods meet the conditions of our returns policy.
Your purchase may no longer be in our warehouse, but we can look at it together if you approach the customer service department or write us with your receipt number to customercare.tfe@ikeasi.com
