The entity SARTON CANARIAS S.A. organizes the promotional giveaway “Back to school with IKEA”, addressed to clients and users of IKEA Canary and Balearic Islands. Participation in the giveaway will be linked to the performance of a poll and its dissemination that will be performed in different IKEA communication channels, under the following conditions:

GIVEAWAY COMMUNICATION:
The giveaway will be communicated through different IKEA communication channels, including the IKEA Family magazine issue 131, available in printed and digital editions from the 1st of July 2026 to the 30th of September 2026, as well as in the webpage, newsletters, social media and other communication supports of IKEA.
GIVEAWAY PARTICIPATION:
To enter the giveaway, participant must fill out the poll and form placed in the webpage www.islas.ikea.es that they can access through the url or QR code that will accompany the communication both in the printed and digital version.

PRIZE:
The prize will consist in a back-to-school KIT formed by IKEA products related to study which catalogue value does not surpass 300€ in the moment of delivery. If the winner is part of IKEA Family club, the prize will be formed by IKEA products which catalogue value will not surpass 350€ in the moment of delivery.
The winner can indicate the desired date range for the KIT, choosing between the following options:

The selection of the range will be proposed by IKEA, adapted to the needs of the selected date range. All products will be subjected to stock availability in IKEA at the giveaway end date. In the case no item is available, IKEA can replace it for another one of the same characteristics and value, without generating a right for an additional compensation.
If the value of the prize surpasses 300€, SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. The withholding tax will be applied at the current rate of 19% on the gross value of the prize, depositing it in the AEAT with the name of the winner. The winner can provide their ID for the corresponding tax assessment.
The acceptance of the prize means the conformity with the range of products provided by IKEA. No changes will be made by preference of the winner. The products are subjected to legal guarantees in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
The prize is non-exchangeable for money in cash nor in purchase voucher, totally or partially.
CHOOSING AND COMMUNICATING THE WINNERS:
Once the participation period has ended, a random giveaway will be performed in the IKEA La Mareta offices, Gran Canaria, through the Random Picker platform, available at https://www.randompicker.com, between all valid registered participations. In said giveaway a winner and two substitutes will be chosen, by order of extraction.
To perform the giveaway only the strictly necessary data will be used to identify valid participations. Whenever it is possible, the Organization can use internal identifiers, participation codes or minimized data, avoiding the incorporation of personal data to the platform that are not necessary for the random extraction.
After performing the giveaway, the Organization will contact the winner via telephone using the data provided during their participation. Three contact attempts will be made on different days and time slots, during a maximum period of five (5) calendar days from the giveaway date. The prize will be understood as accepted the moment an effective contact with the winner is made and they confirm their acceptance.
In case of not being able to contact the winner within the established deadline, that they do not accept the prize, or they do not comply with any of the requirements stated in these terms and conditions, the Organization can contact the first substitute winner. If necessary, the same procedure will be made with the second substitute winner.
Once the prize is accepted, the winner must attend the Store, pick up Point or IKEA shop of their island of residence to its pickup in the date assigned by the Organization or nearest store or IKEA pickup point of their island of residence, depending on availability in the IKEA Spanish Islands network. To pickup the prize, the winner must verify their identity by showing their ID or valid passport, exclusively to verify that it coincides with the person selected and to correctly document the delivery of the prize. The Organization can request a delivery receipt, that will only gather the necessary data to credit the delivery of the prize.
In the case its awarding to any of the substitute winners is not possible, the prize will become null.
In the present contest, workers from IKEA Spanish Islands or their direct relatives, spouses, civil partners and first and second grade relatives cannot participate, as well as personnel from subcontractors or temporary employers that usually provide service in IKEA establishments.

APPLICABLE LAW:
This promotion is ruled by the current Spanish legislation and by the present conditions. SARTON CANARIAS S.A.. and participants in these promotions are submitted, with an express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Palma de Mallorca for any controversy that might occur between both.
MODIFICATIONS AND/OR ANNEXES:
SARTON CANARIAS S.A. reserves the right to modify or add successive annexes about its mechanism and prizes, as long as they are justified or do not damage the participants, and they are communicated rightly. In case of extreme gravity should obtain SARTON CANARIAS SA. can cancel the promotion, announcing it as well to the consumers.
USE OF THE NAME AND IMAGE OF THE WINNERS:
Participation in the present promotion does not imply or mean giving consent to use the image or name of the participants for advertising, promotional or commercial purposes.
In accordance with the states in the article 2.2 of the Organic Law 1/1982 of May 5 on the Civil Protection of the Right to Honor, Personal and Family Privacy, and One's Own Image, as well as in the article 7 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), any use of the image or name of the winner will require previously obtaining the express, specific, informed, free and unequivocal consent.
In consequence, only in the case of being the winner, SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. can request, separately and independently from this promotion’s participation, the authorization to use, publish and reproduce their name and/or image in any type of advertising, promotion, or publication, including Internet or other communication media, as long as said action are exclusively related with the present promotion.
If SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. intends to publish or disseminate the identity of the winner, they must previously gather the winner’s express, specific and voluntary consent when accepting or delivering the prize, through a procedure independent from the present Conditions.
Providing said consent will be voluntary. Refusing to provide it or removing it later will not affect in any case the condition of winner nor the right to receive or enjoy the delivered prize. +
In the case the winner gives their consent, SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. will use their name and/or image only for authorized purposes, during the necessary period to disseminate the promotion and within the geographical scope and communication media that are specifically indicated when gathering said consent.
Except it is agreed differently, the authorized use of the name and/or image of the winner regarding the present promotion will not generate any economic compensation.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, General Data Protection, and with the Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. informs participants that the provided personal data for the promotion will be processed by SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. with CRN A35474832 and domicile in Parque Comercial La Estrella – La Mareta, 35212, Telde, Las Palmas, as liable of the processing.
The principal purpose of the processing is managing, developing and exercising the present promotion, including the verification of compliance with the participation requirements, managing incidences, performing the giveaway, assignment, communicating and delivering the prize, crediting said delivery and the compliance with legal, tax or administrative obligations that may derived from the promotion.
When a specific processing requires consent, like sending commercial communication or the use of name, image or voice of the winner for promotional purposes, said consent shall be requested in a separate, specific, informed, and voluntary manner.
To perform the giveaway technique, SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. can use the platform Random Picker as external provider liable of performing the random extraction of the winner and substitutes. For that purpose, the minimum necessary data will be added to said platform to perform the giveaway, specifically through participation codes and, in due case, masked or pseudonymized data, avoiding the inclusion of complete identification data that are not necessary for this purpose.
This criterion has as a purpose to reduce the exposition of personal data in an external tool and avoid that, in case that Random Picker generated certificates, proof, links or results of the giveaway, full personal data of the participants or the winner may be published.
The participation in the promotion does not mean giving consent to receive commercial communications. Only if the participant has previous provided their express consent in a separate, voluntary, and not pre-marked checkbox, their data can be processed to deliver commercial communication, offers, promotions, discounts and information related to products and services commercialized by SARTON CANARIAS, S.A.
The negative to give said consent, or it later removal, does not affect the participation in the promotion nor, in due case, the right to receive the prize.
Sending commercial communication via email, SMS or other similar electronic media will only be performed if there are conditions that allows it according to the appliable regulation regarding data protection and services to the information society, specially when a participant has provided their previous, express and separate consent for that purpose.
No automatized decisions that produce legal effects on the participating individuals or similarly affect them in a significant way will be made. The selection of the winner will be made through a random extraction among the valid participations, without elaborating profiles with legal or significant effects.
Personal data are preserved for the time necessary to manage the promotion, contact the winner and substitutes, delivering the prize, crediting the correct exercise of the promotion and tending to possible issues or claims. Later, data will be blocked during the period legally required to tend to possible legal or administrative responsibilities and, once these periods have ended, they will be safely eliminated.
Data can be processed by providers that provide necessary services for the management of the promotions, acting as processing managers. Likewise, they can be communicated by Public Administrations, competent authorities, courts, tribunals or other third parties when a legal obligation exists or when said communication it is necessary for the correct management, proof or delivery of the prize.

RIGHT TO ELIMINATE FRAUDULENT PARTICIPATIONS:
SARTON CANARIAS reserves the right to eliminate with justification any user that commits fraud, alters or disables the right functioning and normal and regulatory course of the present Promotion.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRESENT TERMS:
The very participation in the promotion, means the acceptance of the present terms and conditions. In case of existing doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of said terms, they will be remitted to common law. Conditions are available during the period in which the promotions are available
