The purchases made after 16:00 or at weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be delivered within 48h.

Parcel service conditions

Please, make sure to fill in your mobile phone number and email in the order details.

The delivery company will make two delivery attempts and, if it does not finally happen, your order will be returned to your IKEA store (La Mareta) or your IKEA 7 Palmas point (according to the purchase destination). In case you come to pick up your purchase at the store or pick up point, the amount paid for the parcel service will not be refunded.

In the event that 15 days have passed since your order is available for delivery, and the order has not been delivered for cause not attributable to us, we will understand that you wish to desist from the purchase. Therefore, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding the delivery expenses (4,95€)

If there were any difficulties in terms of product supply or if there are no items in stock, we will call you to refund the amount or change the item.

Returns policy:

  • If when you receive your purchase you are not completely satisfied with any item, return it unopened, unused and unassembled, inside its original packaging and with the purchase receipt, within 90 days.

The presentation of the invoice is necessary for all exchanges and returns.

  • We're very sorry, but we can't accept the returns of bedding (sheets, pillows, duvets, duvet covers, pillow covers, etc.) that have been used, without their original packaging or if the original package has been opened.
  • Defective items may be exchanged or returned during the guarantee period from the date of purchase, being Sarton Canarias S.A. responsible for the shipping costs to the IKEA store or Pick up points.
    • You should get in contact with us through our email callcenter@ikeasi.com or callinig 928 194 532 providing the details of the product, receipt, as well as the damages it suffers. Once we have received the information we will tell you how to proceed.
    • The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within the 14 days after the return of the goods. The substitution of the item will be carried our, depending on the geographic location, within no more than 10 working days, as long as the item is available.
    • The amounts payed for those product returned for damage or faults, provided such damage is real, will be entirely refunded, including the transport expenses.
    • The refund will be effective through the same payment method used to pay for the purchase.
      • IKEA will make exceptions in cases of returns and their corresponding penalties, when the norms previously indicated are not fulfilled.

Abandoned and lost products

If during 30 days IKEA has any abandoned or lost item in its possession and it has not been claimed, IKEA could have it at its disposal
