The entity SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. with social address at Parque Comercial La Estrella - La Mareta 35212 – Telde and Tax Identification Number A35474832, from now on (IKEA), initiate the Småland fidelity card, with the purpose of benefiting and thanking the children that visit Småland playroom often. This fidelity card, from now on “Småland Fidelity Card” is ruled by the following terms and conditions:
When the owner of the Småland fidelity card completes the 8 marked boxes with stamps the personnel of the playroom will specif in the card the date to exchange the prize.
The prize can be exchanged by the father, mother or legal guardian of the minor in the Custom service Department crediting their identity and showing the fidelity card. Once the 8 stamps of the fidelity card are completed, you have 2 weeks to exchange the prize, counting from the date of the last stamp.
If the owner of the Client Fidelity Card does not have it with them at the time of completing the visit at Småland, the box will not be stamped and it will not be counted as a made action.
Once the card is removed of the Småland playrooms, the owners can use it from then on. The card will be delivered without a cost for the lcient and will not have an expiration date.
SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. reserves the right to modify the process and conditions of said affiliation, previously informing the clients through the same broadcast means as the present conditions.
The owner of the Småland Fidelity Card will get a prize once they get 8 stamps after their visits at the Småland playrooms that will consist of a set of IKEA product according their age composed of the following:

1. OBJECT:
Through this card, personal and non-transferable, the owners can obtain prizes. Minors between 3 and 10 years old can be owners of the Fidelity Card. The purpose of the Småland Fidelity Card are exlusively promotional, without understanding it as a payment method. The card is free, without any cost for the user.2. GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE:
The present action will have as geographical scope the Balearic and Canary Islands.3. REQUIREMENTS TO BE OWNER OF THE FIDELITY CARD:
This club is directed toward the minor public of ages between 3 and 10 years old, as long as they are accompanied by their father/mother or legal guardian. To be owner of the Småland Fidelity Card an indipensable requirement will be that the father/mother or legal guardian must request it at the Småland playrooms. The father/mother or legal guardian will have to fill on a mandatory basis the fields required at the fidelity card for it to be valid.4. OPERATIVE:
Each time the minor owner of the Småland Fidelity Card finishes their visit at the Småland playroom, the personnel will mark with a stamp one of the boxes of the Småland Fidelity Card to verify their visit.When the owner of the Småland fidelity card completes the 8 marked boxes with stamps the personnel of the playroom will specif in the card the date to exchange the prize.

It will be considered finished when SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. decides not to continue with the promotion, and communicates it to the owners, being valid as means the web, social media or store billboarding.6. OWNER OBLIGATIONS:
The suscription as owner of the Småland Fidelity Card is personal and the exercise of all the rights it provides are personal, non-tranferable and limited to what it is stated at the present terms and conditions.Once the card is removed of the Småland playrooms, the owners can use it from then on. The card will be delivered without a cost for the lcient and will not have an expiration date.

7. MISPLACING THE CARD:
In case of misplacing the card, the father/mother or legal guardian of the minor can request a new one at the Småland playrooms, that will be delivered without preserving the already accumulated points of the misplaced card.8. CLUB CARD
SARTON CANARIAS, S.A. reserves the right to modify the format of the Småland Fidelity Card and print again the card in a certain period.
9. PRIZES
The owner of the Småland Fidelity Card will get a prize once they get 8 stamps after their visits at the Småland playrooms that will consist of a set of IKEA product according their age composed of the following:
